About Our Service User
Our service user is an 8-year-old girl residing with her family. She requires specialized overnight care to assist with her complex health needs.
She enjoys listening to music, exploring sensory lights, and sharing story time with her family and care team.
During the night, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of her care and companionship, which includes being attentive to her needs, managing her clinical care when necessary, assisting with personal care, repositioning, continuous monitoring, and providing comfort and reassurance to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
Our service user has specifically requested female staff for her care team.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 months prior care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
Preferred Experience
- Awareness of Epilepsy
- Seizure Management
- PEG Feeding
Available Shifts
- Full-Time and Part-Time Night Shifts
- 10 PM – 8 AM
- 2-3 Shifts Per Week
We are looking for candidates who can assist with alternate weekends.
Compensation Details
Weeknights: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Saturday: £15.50 per hour (£155 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Sunday: £15.50 per hour (£155 approx. per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (£175 approx. per 10-hour shift)
This role is personally rewarding, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills while providing exceptional care and support to our service user, making a meaningful difference in her daily life.
