About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, particularly children with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Contribute to a warm and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our service users.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in pediatric care and complex care needs.
Requirements
  • 3 months of previous care experience, preferably in a pediatric or complex care setting.
  • Medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Female staff are preferred for this role, as per the service user's request.
