In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the National Account Manager and the Site Head of Commercial, focusing on administrative functions that enhance key customer relationships and optimize service reporting. The National Commercial Administrator is crucial for upholding high operational standards and contributing to ongoing success. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for our client's retail customers and their regional supply chain teams, facilitating the order receipt process.
- Oversee the setup of product data for new launches, ensuring all details are finalized prior to the initial production.
- Accurately prepare customer pricing documentation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer promotional initiatives.
- Generate and maintain weekly order forecasts utilizing the planning tool.
- Update and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including service level performance metrics to retail customers.
- Employ reporting tools to deliver proactive feedback aimed at performance enhancement.
- Organize and prepare product samples for retail customers.
- Support ad hoc requests from internal management or clients.
- Identify and explore developmental opportunities within the organization.
Objectives
- Improve supplier inbound performance metrics.
- Effectively communicate KPI reports.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations across supply chain and commercial divisions.
- Maintain and surpass on-shelf availability targets.
- Achieve promotional performance objectives.
- Integrate cross-functional forecasting processes.
- Implement and incorporate value-adding activities and innovations within the team.
- Conduct store visits and competitor assessments, delivering reports and recommendations.
- Complete various ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Ambitious, customer-oriented team player.
- Willingness to travel to various sites, customer offices, or retail locations; a full, clean driving license is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
- A collaborative team player adept at interacting across multiple departments.
