At Napthens LLP, we are actively engaged across the Lancashire region, presenting a vibrant opportunity to become part of our team. We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support our plot sales, new build, and commercial property departments.

You will be integrated into a well-established team renowned for its extensive expertise, exceptional technical and commercial acumen, and strong local connections.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the daily management of case files
  • Providing office administration support
  • Coordinating diaries and managing communications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, along with a strong emphasis on organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems would be advantageous.

You will cultivate strong relationships with senior personnel, both internally and externally, including house builders and developers, as well as legal and non-legal teams.
