Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Residential Property Department at Napthens LLP.
About the Role: As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day progression of files, office administration, and management of diaries, calls, and internal administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of conveyancing documents
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Provide administrative support to the Residential Property Team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of Proclaim or similar case management systems
- Excellent organizational, efficiency, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
