About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities within your designated territory. You will develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, achieve planned sales targets, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Maximize Sales Opportunities: Develop and execute strategies to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within your territory.
  • Develop Relationships with Clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a deep understanding of the client's needs and preferences.
  • Develop Quotes and Proposals: Create and present compelling quotes and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new markets and opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, particularly within the Generator, Pump, or Water Division.
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience as an Area Sales Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Target Driven: Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales success and drive business growth.
  • Influencing and Persuading: Ability to influence and persuade clients to close deals and drive sales growth.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel extensively within your designated territory.
  • IT Literate: Proficient in using IT systems and tools to manage sales activities and client relationships.
