With our headquarters situated in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and an additional research and development facility in Yokneam, Israel, we maintain a robust commercial presence across Asia Pacific and Europe. Our products are marketed directly in numerous countries and through a network of distributors worldwide, supported by dedicated field service, clinical education, and marketing development teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the complete range of Candela Medical's aesthetic laser products to healthcare providers, clinics, and other users within the designated territory.

Core Duties:

  • Oversee the assigned sales territory, developing strategies to enhance Candela's market presence.
  • Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs), acquire new clientele, and nurture existing relationships.
  • Facilitate the launch of new products.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets.
  • Segment the market and identify key customer segments.
  • Develop an annual business and marketing strategy.
Sales Policy Implementation

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute the sales policy within the designated territory.
  • Present all Candela products with professionalism and expertise.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and other users in a professional manner.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report relevant market intelligence.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting

Key tasks:

  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze and manage customer portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Key Market Managers in EMEA to prioritize sales initiatives.
  • Document all sales activities in the sales reporting tool.
Business Execution

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer interactions and communications.
  • Collaborate with Key Market Managers to strategize customer retention and quarterly forecasting.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Manage the allocated budget effectively.
  • Submit timely reports, including weekly updates, expense reports, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Support clinical initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct clinical training sessions on all products.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the company.
  • Represent Candela at industry events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics and agendas for workshops.
Customer Engagement

Key responsibilities:

  • Inform customers about existing and new Candela products.
  • Promote Candela's service policies.
  • Ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
Marketing Collaboration

Responsibilities include:

  • Propose event collaborations with the marketing team.
  • Recommend participants for national and international congresses.
Interdepartmental Relations

Engage with various departments to gather and share customer insights.

Performance Metrics

Key performance indicators:

  • Monitor sector revenues, market share, and performance against budget.
  • Assess qualitative progress towards individual sales goals.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in medical sales is preferred.
  • Experience in the aesthetics industry is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to sell capital equipment with a market leader, accompanied by competitive compensation.

Educational Background:

  • A BS/BA degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent experience in the medical/aesthetic devices sector.
  • Fluency in English, with native proficiency or full professional proficiency required.
