Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling surgical instruments, devices, and camera systems within a sports medicine portfolio to hospital environments (NHS & Private). You will work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell surgical instruments, devices, and camera systems within a sports medicine portfolio to hospital environments (NHS & Private)
  • Work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, and procurement to identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Provide product training and support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical sales within the NHS
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong understanding of the sports medicine market and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full driving license

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped bonus scheme with potential earnings of £25,000+
