The Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the East of England region. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for developing the sales of our full range of roofing solutions, working closely with trusted partners, contractors, and facility owners to establish long-term specifications and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed sales targets and margin growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners, contractors, and facility owners
- Provide written and verbal specification support to clients, ensuring seamless project execution
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide site support and guidance
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling building products and systems
- Excellent sales experience, with a strong ability to build relationships and manage customer expectations
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a self-motivated approach to achieving targets
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing workload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
