Regional Support Manager Job Description

Covering Essex and London, we are seeking a skilled Regional Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Regional Management Team, you will provide operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.

About the Role

You will work in partnership with your Regional Director to deliver excellent customer service, high quality standards, and strong leadership for our people. Your responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring, and supporting Home Managers in selected homes, as well as analyzing and using quality metrics to drive service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region
  • Work in partnership with the Regional Director to deliver excellent customer service and high quality standards
  • Coach, mentor, and support Home Managers in selected homes
  • Analyze and use quality metrics to drive service improvement
  • Support the Regional Director in monitoring all aspects of service in the homes

Requirements

  • Previous experience of performing successfully in a Home Manager or Quality role
  • Strong clinical knowledge base
  • Experienced in leading audits (internal & external), creating action plans
  • Adaptability and able to work across a number of different care homes with differing requirements
  • Experienced in coaching and supporting teams around clinical concerns such as analyzing data for trends/themes
