About the Role:
Lord Search and Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform commercial decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director who has a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing commercial strategies. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
