This role is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary between **£22,737** and **£23,500** annually.

  • Deliver clerical and administrative assistance for internal clinics.
  • Welcome and support clients and visitors, showcasing exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Address inquiries from customers and the public.
  • Update and maintain client information systems.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to company clinics.
  • Organize operational schedules and site visits.
  • Coordinate with the Fundraising Department regarding stakeholder needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. At least one year of experience in an office setting.
  2. 5 GCSEs, including English at grade C or higher.
  3. Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and possess excellent organizational capabilities.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  7. Possess a full, valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of three years of office experience.
  2. Possession of an ECDL Certificate.
  3. Experience in cancer services or the non-profit sector.
  4. Background in a healthcare setting.
