About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator at Bradley Court, a 12-bedded nursing home for Learning Disability and challenging behavior. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation of the Home, working closely with the Home Manager and other teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Home, including document production, telephone inquiries, diary management, payroll input, and meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Create and update resident and employee folders, adhering to RQIA standards.
  • Manage payroll and residents' funds.
  • Maintain accurate resident and staff records.
  • Undertake any other duties as designated by the Home Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience within a nursing home environment is preferable.
  • To be organized and able to prioritize a varied and competitive workload.
  • Previous Administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to act with discretion when required.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard, with a high level of English and numeracy.
  • Keyboard and PC skills with a basic level of proficiency for the standard range of office applications such as word and excel.
  • The Right to Work in the UK.
