Job Details

Location: Our Belfast Hub, Albany House, 73-75 Great Victoria Street, Belfast BT2 7AF

Hours of Work: Full Time: 37.5 hours per week (08:45am to 17:00pm with a 45-minute unpaid lunch break). Part Time: 22.5 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £22,308 FTE Per annum pro rata (currently under review)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to our staff and services, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  3. Manage and maintain our office supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  4. Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience of working in an administrative role.
