**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support to Metered Operations.
- Administration of all daily gas metered operations, ensuring accurate readings, billing, and compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate meter installations, maintenance, and replacements with field technicians. Manage change of ownership, disconnections, and reconnections.
- Maintain and update meter data records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist in analysing meter data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Generate and distribute reports on gas consumption patterns, meter accuracy, and operational performance. Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address inquiries related to gas meter readings and operations. Provide phone and administrative support to both internal teams and customers directly to resolving customer concerns.
- Assist with the administrative aspects of implementing and optimising gas metering technologies. Maintain records of technological updates and improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless administrative operations. Participate in meetings to share insights and coordinate administrative strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in operations
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of gas metering systems, technology, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
