As an Administration and Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Management Team, ensuring accurate financial data, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the accurate maintenance of computerised Purchase and Sales Ledgers
- Liaise with suppliers to raise purchase orders
- Perform credit control duties, ensuring correct allocation to customer and supplier accounts
- Administer customer refunds and support stock management
This role requires a high level of organisational skill, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The successful candidate will have excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and Word, and experience working with Management Information and ERP systems.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
