Finance Administrator Belfast

We are working on behalf of a leading organisation to recruit for a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis the role is based in Belfast.

The Finance Administrator will support the growing finance Department.

The Finance Administrator will join and be part of the team who support the SMT.

Your new role as Finance Administrator
- To complete Finance administration tasks
- Processing purchase and sales ledger
- Issuing purchase orders
- Processing monthly payroll
- Updating monthly reports
- Undertaking bank reconciliations
- Credit control

What you’ll need to succeed as Finance Administrator:

- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail
- The ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
- 1 years’ experience working within a finance team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette and manner
- Confident with all Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Outlook
- The ability to act on your own initiative as well as being part of a team.
