**Job Description:** Senior Finance Administrator
A well-established organisation in Belfast is seeking a highly organised and experienced Senior Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of various projects, including completing grant claims, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of project grant claims.
- Maintaining a comprehensive filing system of supporting documentation.
- Liaising with funding bodies and preparing for audits.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Senior Finance Administrator will also assist with the maintenance of the Sage 200 accounting package and provide administrative support to the finance team.
**Requirements:**
- 5 GCSE's to include English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years working in a finance role with at least 1 year of experience working at a similar level.
- Experience of using Sage 200 and producing financial reports.
