Job Description:

Boys and Girls Clubs NI is seeking a Part-time Finance and Services Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our finance department, including managing finance processes, project budgets, and staff payments.

Responsibilities include coordinating payroll, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring timely communication with colleagues and external parties. The role is based in Belfast and offers hybrid remote work with on-site parking and the option to work from home.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
