Main purpose of the job:
Working as part of a small team, the Operational Support Administrator provides admin support for our Seed Environmental depot in Belfast, communicating with colleagues and Managers to ensure effective and efficient support is maintained to ensure smooth office operations.

Main duties will include:

- Sourcing quotes and subcontractors where required for ongoing and upcoming projects. This includes obtaining relevant insurance and competency documentation to add to an approved supplier list.
- Uploading project photographs taken by site teams to the correct location on the SharePoint server and filed appropriately.
- Scanning in completed project paperwork and site teams timesheets and filing in the correct location on SharePoint.
- Conducting regional stock checks for consumable items and compiling stock sheets for submission and re-ordering.
- Supporting contracts managers and consulting staff with Purchase Order requisitions and placing orders to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintaining legislative paperwork such as Waste Transfer Notes and keeping relevant trackers updated.
- Assisting with the generation of project packs including schedules, scope of works, H&S documentation under direction from operational staff.
- Recording and tracking regional ‘on hire' equipment inventories and providing reports to regional managers on a periodic basis.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and general office maintenance programmes.
- Other general administration tasks as requested by line Manager.

Skills and Qualifications

- _Strong Time Management and task prioritisation skills_
- _Self-motivated and confident with good attention to detail_
- _Part time role: Open to discuss flexibility on exact working hours (18 to 25 hours per week)_
- _Experience of providing Administrative support within a Services industry_
- _Experience of managing multiple and conflicting tasks and deadlines_
- _Excellent IT Skills and fully competent in Microsoft Office_
- _Proven experience in all aspects of office administration - minimum of one year’s experience_
- _Experience of working pro-actively and using own initiative to complete tasks_

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
