Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO's schedule, planning company events, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and office management, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for success in this role.
