Hays is pleased to be working with a local charity to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis.

Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to support the HR department with administrative tasks, including maintaining personnel files and coordinating recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative duties
  2. Coordinate interviews and onboard new staff members as part of the recruitment process
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  4. Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in an administration role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong time management and organisational abilities
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Salary Information

A competitive hourly rate of £11.44/hour is available for this assignment.

This role offers a minimum 3-month assignment with the opportunity for hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in office).
