Job Title: Receptionist Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at Alchemy Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
