Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team at Reed Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide administrative support to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily finance tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal postings and reconciliations.
  • Review and process daily and weekly sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Set up and manage payment templates, process payments, and maintain financial records.
  • Liaise with branch administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform various other administrative tasks as required, including writing cheques, recording details, and raising manual invoices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MS Dynamics.
  • Previous experience in a finance environment, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this role.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
