Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize email platforms for communication
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Manage electronic systems to update and maintain patient information
- Organize and distribute incoming mail
- Replenish office supplies and manage confidential waste
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone communications
- Coordinate transportation for patients
- Perform general office tasks including photocopying and scanning
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Maintain and file patient records and documentation
- Provide receptionist services for outpatient clinics
- Manage and update clinic schedules using electronic systems
- Schedule outpatient appointments efficiently.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role
- GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
Working Hours:
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with a competitive hourly rate.
