Your new company Hays are working with a reputable charity to recruit for a temporary Supporter Care Administrator to support the growth and development of the charity.

Your new role Provide excellent supporter care and communication across all mediums.

Meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Efficiently handle and escalate supporter concerns/feedback.

Conduct telemarketing calls with existing and potential supporters.

Achieve campaign targets and KPIs in telemarketing activities.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations during calls.

Accurately record data in the database.

Participate in campaign briefings and training.

Process UK donations within specified time frames, following financial and operational procedures.

Maintain high data quality when inputting/importing donor/donation data.

Produce acknowledgement letters for donations.

Perform regular database maintenance and data cleaning to ensure data quality.

What you'll need to succeed Must have some experience of working in a busy Supporter Care / Customer Services / Telemarketing Team, displaying the flexibility to respond to a varying workload in a busy office environment Excellent computer, administrative and organisational skills, including data entry and experience of income processing and banking, and competency in a range of software including Microsoft Office What you'll get in return £12 per hour Temporary for 4 months initially Hybrid working 35 hours per week Belfast City Centre location What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
