At RSA Insurance Ireland Limited, we're looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide a wide range of administrative and support services to help managers and staff carry out their work more efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to managers and staff
- Collating information and producing documents
- Setting up and managing filing and administrative systems
- Providing support and guidance to allocated staff
- Completion of all administrative activities on time
Requirements:
- Based in Belfast
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard, preferably A Level
- Experience of administrative environments
- Experience of organising/co-coordinating work
Regulatory Requirements:
- Health & Safety: Demonstrate full compliance with all legal requirements and all relevant RSA policies
- This role is a "controlled function" as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011
