Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our Business Support Team in Lincolnshire County Council. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional and invaluable support to our Directorates, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a Business Support Team, ensuring effective workload management and coordination.
  • Network and liaise with Senior Management across different services, fostering strong relationships and communication.
  • Coach and mentor other members of the Business Support Team, promoting professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration within a busy work environment, demonstrating high-level skills and expertise.
  • First-class customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner and communication.
  • A range of transferable skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • A flexible working style and ability to adapt to constantly changing work environments.
