Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including personal assistant duties, facilities management, and general office support. This position requires a proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks and work collaboratively across different departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
