The Bishops' Office provides administrative support to the Bishops of Lincoln, Grimsby, and Grantham in delivering an effective episcopate. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to a coordinated, efficient, and effective central support service by providing administrative support to the Bishops' Office.
Main Responsibilities- Act as a point of contact for enquiries to the Bishops' Office, representing and acting on behalf of the Bishop and his staff in dealing with people confidently and helpfully.
- Attend meetings to take minutes and maintain accurate records.
- Organise mailings and assist the Senior Chaplain in overseeing the Bishops' diaries.
- Manage Permission to Officiate applications and associated admin.
- Deal with correspondence, keep financial records, and provide general hospitality.
