Business Development Associate

We are seeking to recruit Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to enhance our workforce. If you possess a proactive and confident demeanor along with the capability to manage multiple schedules, this position could be an excellent match for you.
About the Position:
- Connect with prospective clients to generate new sales leads
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to establish relationships with Senior Account Executives
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in the office with the SDR team
- Engage in follow-up communications with potential clients
- Create daily outreach campaigns to arrange meetings
- Employ various outreach tools to engage with prospective clients
- Meet and surpass weekly and monthly performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Dynamic personality with the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organized and flexible
- Quick thinker with strong communication abilities
- Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning
