Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our unique product range and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Activities
- Actively engage in sales activities to expand market reach and convert specifiers and end-users to our product range.
- Maintain accurate sales order entries using our CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets, call rates, and KPI benchmarks.
- Business Development
- Assist in the development of new products and explore market expansion opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings as needed and report on customer activity to the Sales Director.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be ambitious and eager to progress within the company. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, while also being a team player with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a sales-related role, such as Internal Sales, Sales Manager, or Sales Support Executive, is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is desirable.
