About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Oscar Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative product range and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Actively engage in sales activities to expand market reach and convert specifiers and end-users to our product range.
  • Sales Order Management: Maintain accurate sales order entries using our CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets, call rates, and KPI benchmarks.
  • Market Research: Assist in the development of new products and explore market expansion opportunities.
  • Customer Meetings: Conduct customer meetings as needed and report on customer activity to the Sales Director.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and eager to progress within the company. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, while also being a team player with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a sales-related role is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is desirable.
