Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned Partner accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strong relationships, and managing sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned Partner accounts, ensuring seamless account management and collaboration with Service Delivery and Operations departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Partner network, enhancing the visibility and impact of the brand.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, including monthly revenue and margin forecasting, to identify and capitalize on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the business.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of quotes, RFIs, and tender responses, leveraging commercial awareness and a keen eye for spotting opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

Previous experience in IT Channel Sales, with a proven track record in account management and driving business growth.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.Strong commercial awareness, with a keen eye for spotting opportunities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenues.
