Business Development Executive Opportunity at Wells & Co

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team at Wells & Co, a family-run business with a rich history dating back to 1876. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the on-trade market.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth. You will work closely with our Brand Marketing team to ensure that our beers are presented in the best possible light and that our customers have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the on-trade market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including pub owners and managers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure that our beers are presented in the best possible light.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
