Redis Labs is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and nurturing potential customers, generating qualified leads, and building a robust pipeline for our Account Executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with prospective clients across various channels.
  • Conduct thorough research and data enrichment to identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
  • Leverage sales automation tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline, track progress, and ensure efficient communication.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine their suitability for our solutions, effectively assessing their potential value.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless transition.

What We Look For:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and research platforms.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
