Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Prospect Research Specialist to join our dynamic Fundraising team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in prospect research who are looking to advance their careers in philanthropy.

Role Details

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) on a permanent basis. While our team operates from a London office for collaborative planning and meetings, we offer flexibility regarding remote work for the majority of your responsibilities.

Occasionally, you may be required to attend events in London, approximately 4-5 times a year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential major donors, trusts, and influential figures.
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to prospect research, ensuring a consistent influx of prospects into the High Value pipeline.
Essential Qualifications
  • Experience in utilizing data management systems to enhance fundraising efforts.
  • Exceptional networking abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting persuasive funding proposals.
