About the Role

Sue Ryder is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Operations and Prospect Research Specialist to join our Supporter Experience, Data and Insight Team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a blended role that supports the development of our fundraising operations and delivers our prospect research function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and management of Sue Ryder's world-class fundraising operations model, working closely with internal teams to review and improve key processes and policies.
  • Provide prospect research and insight to support High-Value fundraising at a National and Community level, overseeing all processes for managing this activity.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of fundraising operations within a charity environment.
  • Proficiency in using relationship management databases and knowledge of data management best practices.
  • Experience in identifying and qualifying potential new high-value funding prospects, including major donors, corporate partners, trusts, and foundations.
