Responsibilities
  • Fuel sales growth by identifying new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting via phone calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Representatives to develop strategic account plans and territories.
  • Qualify leads and seamlessly transfer them to the appropriate sales professional for further development and closure.
  • Co-create and execute targeted sales campaigns designed to expand Moody's presence and brand recognition within specific markets.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gather contact information and intelligence about target accounts, gaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requirements that inform both sales prospecting and marketing strategies.
  • Leverage CRM software to meticulously track and measure all sales activities.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a sales, business development, or account management role within the software or financial industry is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with fixed-income credit or financial software is beneficial.
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, including the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • The ability to multitask efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
  • A strong work ethic, capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Driven by goal achievement and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in internet searches, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM solutions (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce) is highly desirable.
