Sales Executive

BT Local Business is a leading provider of telecommunications services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK. With over 20 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for businesses across Liverpool, Chester, and North Wales.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue for BT Local Business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good understanding of sales principles and practices, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
