Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture potential business customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Telesales: Proactively engage with potential clients, introduce Agility Communications' products and services, understand their needs, and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospects, building trust and rapport to create long-term sales opportunities.
  • Database Management: Keep the CRM system updated with customer information, call notes, and progress.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and continually seek new opportunities for lead generation.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team lead generation and sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation or telesales, ideally within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication skills and an engaging phone manner, with the confidence to make outbound cold calls.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Local candidate preferred (Ormskirk or surrounding areas).
