About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in driving business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the CTO's office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective procedures for research, reporting, and information management to improve the overall efficiency of the CTO's office.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Manage and maintain the CTO's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and team members.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
