About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in driving business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the CTO's office, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management, email management, and travel coordination.
  • Develop and maintain effective procedures for research, reporting, and information management to improve the overall efficiency of the CTO's office.
  • Assist the CTO in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
