Enterprise Customer Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Solutions Manager to join our dedicated Customer team, focused on enabling clients to fully utilize Ometria's Customer Data and Experience Platform. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, fostering client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and facilitating effective project execution to enhance revenue growth for retail enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance Customer Retention: Proactively identify and address technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and Deliver Technical Projects: Optimize customer value by effectively addressing their needs.
  • Develop and Sustain Client Relationships: Build trust with clients through consistent and reliable service delivery.
  • Conduct Data Audits: Ensure integration success and data accuracy by performing thorough integration assessments.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Teams: Work in tandem with Customer teams to provide necessary support.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical account management within the enterprise software sector.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proven skills in client management and relationship development.
  • Strong data literacy.
  • Technical comprehension and effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional prioritization and self-management capabilities.
