Senior Customer Success Manager at Canonical
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with designated enterprise clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. Your expertise will help guide customers through our diverse offerings, from Ubuntu to a wide range of open-source solutions. This position focuses on various customer segments, including small to medium enterprises, large corporations, and high-potential clients. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction at the organizational level. This role is remote and caters to the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients
- Coordinating initiatives with technical teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Assisting clients with support requests

Qualifications:
