The AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) division is dedicated to driving revenue, adoption, and growth across a diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises, including public sector entities. The AWS Global Support team is committed to delivering exceptional support to leading organizations developing mission-critical applications utilizing AWS services.

Enterprise clients constitute a vital and expanding segment for AWS, necessitating specialized knowledge and engagement with C-Suite executives. In the role of Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Account Executives focused on identifying cloud transformation opportunities and fostering customer success.

Your team will collaborate with CXOs, IT architects, and strategic partners to manage new business prospects and achieve established revenue goals.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in AWS technology sales or business development
  • Proven success in achieving revenue objectives
  • Experience in leading sales teams and executing scaling initiatives
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification
  • Advanced degree (MBA/MA/MS) or a technical background
  • Experience in Cloud Technology sales and enterprise customer networks
