About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Central Sales team in driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services among large and fast-growing enterprises in the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Experience working with complex IT solutions and cloud technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification/training
  • MBA/MA/MS degree in a related field
  • Experience selling cloud technology and solutions
  • Insights into enterprise sales and/or an extensive enterprise customer network
