We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Central Sales team in the UKI region. As a key member of our AWS EMEA team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services among large and mid-market enterprises.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Greenfield CSR Account Executives to unlock new cloud transformation opportunities within mid and large enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute a territory scaling plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partners to scale and accelerate customer success.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, software developers, IT architects, and line of business leaders.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in quota-carrying roles.
- Experience working with complex IT solutions and cloud technology.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to hire, manage, and lead successful sales teams.
- Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification/training.
- MBA/MA/MS degree or technical background in engineering or computer science.
