About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Central Sales team in the UKI region. As a key member of our AWS EMEA team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services among large and mid-market enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Greenfield CSR Account Executives to unlock new cloud transformation opportunities within mid and large enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory scaling plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to scale and accelerate customer success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, software developers, IT architects, and line of business leaders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in quota-carrying roles.
  • Experience working with complex IT solutions and cloud technology.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to hire, manage, and lead successful sales teams.
  • Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification/training.
  • MBA/MA/MS degree or technical background in engineering or computer science.
