About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a UKI Enterprise Greenfield Central Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of AWS services among large and fast-growing enterprises in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Greenfield CSR Account Executives to unlock new cloud transformation opportunities within mid and large enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory scaling plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to scale and accelerate customer success.
  • Build relationships with C-Suite executives and other key stakeholders to increase engagement and adoption of AWS services.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of new business opportunities from prospecting to closure and adoption.
Requirements
  • Experience in AWS technology-related sales, business development, or new business experience in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets, negotiating and signing deals in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and leading successful sales teams.
  • Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with a strong understanding of cloud technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certified.
  • AWS Solutions Architect certification/training.
  • MBA/MA/MS degree or a technical background in engineering or computer science.
  • Experience selling cloud technology.
  • Insights into enterprise sales and/or an extensive enterprise customer network.
