Job Title: U.K. Enterprise Greenfield Central Sales Director
About the Role:
The AWS EMEA SARL (U.K. Branch) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Greenfield Central Sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption in the U.K. and EMEA regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Account Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers in the U.K. and EMEA regions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, IT architects, and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
- Experience in cloud technology sales, with a strong understanding of AWS services and solutions.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certified.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification.
- MBA/MA/MS degree or technical background.
- Experience in cloud technology sales and enterprise customer network.
